A placement is confirmed when a candidate referred by your link is successfully placed in a role and the client company pays the placement fee to Luxen. Your commission is calculated on that received fee.
Every registration through your personalised URL is automatically tagged to your account in our system. Your dashboard shows all registrations, active candidates, and confirmed placements in real time.
Our recommended minimum is 1 Reel and 3 Stories per month — we provide all captions and graphics. You can post more if you wish; there is no upper limit. More exposure typically means more registrations.
Your commission is paid as soon as Luxen receives the placement fee from the employer. Employer payment timelines typically range between 25–45 days after a candidate joins — this varies by company and is outside our control. The moment we receive the fee, we transfer your share immediately with a formal statement. No delays on our end.
