None whatsoever. Luxen Workforce charges zero fees to partner institutions and zero fees to students. Our revenue is generated entirely from client companies upon confirmed placement.
We operate across three tiers: White Collar (management, executive, professional roles), Grey Collar (skilled services, supervisors, front desk, security leads), and Blue Collar (housekeeping, delivery, support staff). We work with institutions across all three levels.
Absolutely. We work with institutions of all sizes — from large degree colleges to small skill centres and coaching institutes. If you have students seeking employment, we want to work with you.
Every institution receives a unique registration link for their students. All registrations through that link are tagged to your institution. We provide periodic placement reports documenting candidates registered, shortlisted, and successfully placed.
While our primary employer network is centred in Mumbai, we work with institutions across Maharashtra and are expanding pan-India. Students willing to work in Mumbai are welcome regardless of where the institution is located.
